Landguard Fort is turning back the clock to the decade of big hair, big tunes, and even bigger dance moves.
Join us on 18 July for an 80s disco night packed with feel-good favourites, sing-along anthems, and that unmistakable retro energy.
Whether you’re a child of the 80s or just love a good boogie, this is your moment to shine. Expect glowing lights, classic hits, themed drinks, and a dancefloor ready for your best moves—moonwalkers, two-steppers, and dad-dancers all welcome.
Come dressed in your brightest, boldest 80s gear and get ready to party inside one of Suffolk’s most iconic historic spaces.

- Areas of the fort involve walking on uneven surfaces (with some trip hazards).
- Please dress appropriately for the weather, warm clothing and sensible footwear should be worn.
- There are no refunds for persons wishing to leave the event early.
Information on tickets
Once you choose your ticket, you'll receive your booking confirmation by email. Just bring this with you on the evening of your visit, either on your mobile device or as a printout. The email will contain a barcode that our team will scan when you arrive.
Your booking is for the site/event only and does not include a car parking space. The fort provides 3 accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders directly by the fort entrance. Public pay-and-display parking, not managed by Landguard Fort, can be found opposite the fort (across the road, approximately 50 metres away).
