Join us for our Relaxed Morning—designed for anyone who would enjoy a calmer, more comfortable visit to the museum.

Our friendly staff and volunteers will be on hand to offer a warm welcome and any support you may need as you explore selected areas of the museum with quieter interactives and videos, creating a more relaxed environment for your visit.

During the Relaxed Morning, you’ll have access to all parts of the museum currently open to the public.

At 12:00, regular sound levels will resume, but you’re very welcome to stay and continue your visit for as long as you wish. 

Concorde Sensory Tours are available on selected Quiet Hour dates.

The Museum opens at 10am.

When booking please remember:

  • Your ticket includes FREE admission to the London Bus Museum.
  • Sat Nav postcode for the free visitor carpark is KT13 0SL.
  • Pre-booking for the Concorde experience is strongly advised to avoid disappointment on the day.  
  • Lots of visitors spend over four hours with us. To ensure you get the most out of your day, last entry to the Museum is two hours before closing.
  • Your online ticket will be issued via email - please have your ticket ready on arrival - printed or on your device.
  • For any queries regarding your advance booking, please use the Customer Service area.
  • No Dogs are allowed on site, except for registered Assistance Dogs.
