Rising post-black shoegazers ÆL-FIERLEN headline Helgi's Bar in London on Saturday 18th July. Since their standout 2024 release 'All Is Far Away', the Southern four-piece have made a name for themselves as one of the UK's most exciting bands in the post-black scene. Inspired by the folklore and verdant landscapes of England, Æl-Fierlen evoke images of mythical creatures and ancient woodlands. In their own words, they are what the trees sound like.

Joining them are another rising star from the UK underground. Newcastle's EVIL DUNGEON CRAWLER journey south, bringing their raw, second-wave carnage down to London for their first time. Following a mesmerising performance at Reaper Festival, Evil Dungeon Crawler venture down from the the northern fringes promising corpse paint, spikes and raw early 90s riffs.

Opening the night is Brighton's SORROWFUL JOY, who blend blackened doom with psychedelia and dark folk. Expect trudging, melancholic grooves accompanied by shrieked black metal vocals with a hint of folkiness.
