Carted: From the back of a police van to the Front of the Stage. 

They threw her in cuffs. Carted her off. Wrote her off. She wrote herself back in.

After Amanda's first gig, she did not expect to be invited back to perform, a misfit who finally found her calling, however early success scared her. Most people have a fear of failure; she has plenty of those. Amanda has always been scared to succeed, and be discovered, holding herself back in case people find out who she really is.

An undercover comic, she has been running away from her own story. She is now done running.

She isn't just making her Edinburgh Fringe debut, it is a defiance rebellion and a movement of owning your own narrative—she’s breaking through the scene, handbrake off. Carted is a fearless, riotous hour of stand-up about her brushes with the law (aye, plural) to almost losing everything, including her mind.

A hilarious show that navigates the funny side of failure and the chaos of a Netflix worthy series of ‘cannot make this up madness’.

Our adjoining bar, Barrel Bar, is open from 3pm on Fridays and Saturdays and at least 1 hour before every show every other day. It serves a wide selection of drinks, including locally-sourced beers, cocktails, and spirits.
