An Evening of Alton Ellis

Alton Ellis, the "Godfather of Rocksteady," remains one of Jamaica's most soulful and enduring voices. A pioneer whose music shaped the very foundation of reggae, lovers rock, and Jamaican popular culture.

We honour the life and legacy of Alton Ellis O.D. with a special tribute led by his son, Troy Ellis, carrying forward the spirit, style, and storytelling of his father's timeless sound.

Troy Ellis and his band will perform a set celebrating Alton's classics, from I'm Still in Love With You and Breaking Up to Rocksteady, Girl I've Got a Date, Ain't That Loving You, and many more songs that defined an era and continue to inspire across generations.
