More information about April Tapes / Junk / Eszter Vida tickets

April Tapes - male and female-fronted alternative rock band utilising dual vocals and embracing variety. The quartet - Bethan Evans, Max Stokes, Angus (Goose) Marnoch, and Henry Wright - combine Americana influences with grunge-inspired energy, fast intricate drums, and powerful guitar work. Since forming, they’ve built a reputation for tight, dynamic live performances, bringing their unique brand of Derbyshire DIY alt-rock to festivals including Y Not Main Stage, Tramlines, Victorious, Truck, and Get Together, alongside a 2024 headline show at Sheffield’s The Leadmill.

Junk - A rising Sheffield four-piece blending shoegaze atmospherics, raw authenticity, and lovely songwriting. The band fuse dreamy Cocteau Twins-inspired vocals, emotive soundscapes, and inventive instrumentation into a sound that’s unmistakably their own. Known for packed-out shows at venues like Sidney & Matilda, Next Door Records, and Manchester’s Shoegaze Café, Junk are fast building a loyal following. With their impulsive spirit, stripped-back experiments, and relentless gig calendar, Junk are proving themselves one of the most exciting new acts on the Sheffield grassroots scene.

Eszter Vida - Eszter Vida is the best pop band Leeds has ever seen. Pulling from her Hungarian roots, she loves Depeche Mode, and other Hungarian artists such as Wolf Alice, and The Cure. You're welcome Sheffield.
