James Percival
James Percival is an alternative jazz rock trio led by the frontman James Percival himself. They are a group of mates, two-thirds Cornish, one-third from Lincoln, that united over a common desire to push boundaries and experiment. Their sound is heavily inspired by the likes of Muse, Radiohead and Tigran Hamasyan. They deliver unique sets that range from psychedelic to understated and minimal. Always seeking to be at the top of their game, these musicians are incredible performers and are sure to provide some unforgettable entertainment. With a debut album and recent EP, Curtains Closed, already out there in the ether, the foundations are set for many years of experimental rocking and gigging.
Rolling Thunder
Rolling Thunder is a five-piece indie band led by frontman Charlie Smith and chief songwriter Ryan Kelly, hailing from Northampton. Formed in school whilst studying the Vietnam War, there is no escaping the boys' distinct 2000s indie rock sound. Inspiration, however, is also drawn from 90s Britpop and alternative 80s indie. Appearances at increasingly larger venues and towns have been driven by the bands determination to showcase new music to live audiences. Being a group of mates who happen to be a band rather than a collection of musicians never fails to provide a sheer excitement, charm and electrifying nervous energy for live crowds.
Sweaty Wednesday
Sweaty Wednesday is an indie artist and hair catastrophe from Birmingham. His goofy-with-substance indie bops have been featured on BBC Introducing West Midlands and international radio. Supported by his excellent four-piece band, Sweaty’s shows veer from raucous punky energy to intimate hilarity, leaving audiences with truly unforgettable moments. Also there's Fuitellas.
