Big Girl's Blouse are a Glasgow-based alternative punk band formed by Emmy Leishman in 2020. Influenced by the emotive and powerful storytelling of the likes of Sleater - Kinney and PJ Harvey, their songs recount the growing pains of adulthood of a young woman far away from home.
After independently releasing two EPs, 'Man Up' in 2023 and 'Sleepy Girls' in 2024, their double single "Clean/My House" will be out April 17th. To launch it, they will be headlining Sneaky Pete's on the 22nd joined by the amazing Edinburgh based bands Puppy Teeth and 3p Slot Machine.
