Burglar is an alternative rock band based in Dublin, Ireland. Willow and Eduardo formed Burglar after meeting in college in 2021 and bonding over their love of alternative acts such as Stereolab and Smashing Pumpkins. Their backgrounds couldn't be more different; Eduardo grew up around the punk rock scene in his hometown of Goiania, Brazil, while Willow comes from the indie-pop scene in Dublin. However, their blend of inspirations has given Burglar a unique and addictive sound. Willow's dissociative lyricism and Eduardo's confessional style result in energetic and catchy songs with interchangeable vocal leads and omnipresent harmonic work, alongside distorted guitars and buzzing synths.

They've been a mainstay of the Dublin gig scene for the last few years. Following their much-anticipated showcase at Ireland Music Week in 2024, they have gone from strength to strength, selling out their first two headline shows in Dublin, and completing support tours with US Girls, Adore, The Belair LipBombs and Theatre Band. Their own headline shows saw them playing in iconic London venues such as Windmill Brixton and Moth Club. They marked 2026 as their breakout year with the release of the absolute ear-worm 'Lovey' in January, closely followed by being named as one of The Irish Times 50 people to Watch for 2026. They've toured Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Leeds with their most recent single 'Star-Crossed', also winning over new fans at this year's The Great Escape, Brighton. They're now working on their debut album.
