Instinctively aiming for the unpredictable, CASINO ROCKETS deliver an expansive sound, made for the live arena. Dynamic shifts in rhythm and structure, combine effortlessly with soaring melodies and memorable hook lines to deliver compelling live performances, that captivate and entertain audiences wherever they play.

 

The early seeds of CASINO ROCKETS were sown back in 2007 when 3 of the members (Tiv – vocals, Richard – guitar and Dan – bass) started gigging as a covers band. By 2016, they made the decision to stop playing other people’s songs and have a go at writing and performing their own.

 

Blending a wide range of musical influences from psychedelia, electronica and trip-hop, with a strong undercurrent of the indie rock that inspired these long-standing friends to pick up their instruments as teenagers.

 

Between 2016 and 2021 CASINO ROCKETSrecorded 15 tracks, writing many others besides. Playing live enabled the band to develop and hone a coherent style and distinct sound.  Their early gigs included support slots for The Mysterines, Xander &The Peace Pirates, Allusinlove, and ARY.

 

The band self-released their debut album, REALITY DISTORTION FIELD in 2021. Produced by Steve Whitfield (The Cure, The Mission, Jane Weaver). Described as “Mature, developed and thought out…” – VANGUARD ONLINE and as “A work of sublime intelligence, consistently entertaining and constantly engaging” – METALPLANETMUSIC.
