CHAR

CHAR is an alternative indie/shoegaze artist, bringing her introspective lyricism and addictive melodies to Hyde Park Book Club as she plays her debut headline show. Originally from the Cotswolds and now Leeds based, CHAR is an authentically raw and honest artist, documenting her existence through turning her most troubling thoughts into music. After huge success playing various support gigs around Leeds, she is taking the reins and headlining an all female/non-binary show. She is entering a new chapter in her career, with single release dates on the horizon and further ventures to follow. Joined by her 4-piece band, she will be playing completely new music with some personal favourites, exploring themes of unrequited love, self fulfilling prophecies and experiences that tend to go without mentioning.
