Uplifting Vinyasa Flow with Jaina Bhana-Mistry. Expect to have fun in this uplifting and authentic yoga flow, rooted in the ancient wisdom of the 8 limbs of yoga. Led by Jaina Bhana-Mistry, a Manchester-born teacher, this class offers a warm, inclusive space where everyone is welcome. Designed to be accessible for all levels, the session blends traditional Hatha yoga asanas, Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), and invigorating vinyasa flow to awaken both body and mind. You'll move with intention, building heat in your body and creating space in your mind, while finding moments of inner peace on the mat. Jaina also incorporates the powerful benefits of pranayama (breathwork), helping to regulate the nervous system and ease stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling grounded and re-energised. This class offers a thoughtful balance of gentle and more challenging elements, making it both nurturing and invigorating. It's ideal if you're returning to exercise, continuing your yoga journey, or simply looking to move and feel good in a supportive environment. Modifications will be offered throughout, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. Offering a quiet space in a noisy world through this sound journey we will work to bring peace, balance and harmony back into your body, mind and energies. Our journey will begin with an introduction to sound therapy, to allow you to truly understand why and how this form of healing can help you! We will learn about how every single cell in our bodies has a different vibration and we will then through the use of Crystal Bowls and more bring these vibrations back into alignment leaving you feeling calm, at ease and centred!
