Common Goldfish

Carving psych grooves through the grey sprawl of London, common goldfish is the underground project of Tottenham's Jonty Lovell-producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a taste for breakbeats, warped synths, and that golden-era fuzz. Blending the swagger of Britpop, the groove of funk, and the pulse of '90s electronica, common goldfish sounds like a half-remembered night out- hazy, nostalgic and full of feeling.

What started as spontaneous sets in local skateparks and canals has since grown into a full-blown 4-piece live outfit-bringing a wild energy to venues like Camden Assembly and Peckham Audio, and owning the stage at BBC Introducing showcases and The Great Escape's First Fifty.
