A CCC fan favourite returns - and this one's a very big deal.

We're absolutely delighted to announce Rob Rouse as our July headliner.

A 27-year veteran of stand-up who has toured the world and still hasn't become even slightly sensible - Rob is a star of BBC's Upstart Crow, 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Friday Night Project and Dave's One Night Stand, and winner of the prestigious Channel 4 So You Think You're Funny Award at Edinburgh back in 1998. His brand-new show Funny Bones is a relentlessly daft evening of comedy: manic energy, first-class stagecraft, eerily convincing characters, and a barrage of brilliant one-liners from a one-man whirlwind. And we've somehow got him back in a room above a pub in Cottingham.

Opening the show: Jack McLean - Yorkshire's own multi-award-winning rising star, Semi-Finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards 2023, and named Hull New Comedian of the Year 2022 and Yorkshire Comedy Awards Best Breakthrough Act 2023. Quick-witted and conversational, Jack has supported Josh Jones, Fiona Allen, Morgan Rees and more on tour, and opened a Chris Ramsey and Friends Gala night at Hull Arena. A Hull lad done good.
