“I am loving everything Die Twice is serving up” , “Everyone has come away [from their performances] having fallen head over heels for these guys” – Jess Iszatt, BBC Introducing, Radio 1 “This is Epic” – John Kennedy, XFM “Track of the week worthy … a special track” - Emily Pilbeam, BBC Introducing Mixtape, Radio 6 Music “Die Twice ooze class” - Clash Magazine Die Twice are redefining band culture for a new generation of fans disillusioned with the modern landscape of pop culture, social media soundtracks and lack of shared experience. With a goal to be “as human as possible” , the four band members (Olly Bayton, Billy Twamley, Finn ‘Blue’ Lloyd, and Jake ‘Fig’ Coles) are emerging at the forefront of a rapidly burgeoning band movement in the United Kingdom. Their modern rock speaks to the sensibilities that make us human – whether that’s sexy, honest, dangerous, or diverse. From the hazy underground of South-West UK, lead singerOlly strips back all pretence to speak honestly about themes of love, loss, identity and the human experience. Their modern attitude is redefining what it means to be a ‘rock star’ , blending craftsmanship with hedonistic indulgence and a fusion of influences from Latin-America to 60s innovation and a 90s flair for denim and leather. Their erratic and unpredictable performances have taken their names to taste-makers lips, as they spent April writing at GRAMMY Nominated and BRIT Award Winner George Astasio’s studio in the Cotswolds (UK). Their design is bold and beautiful, and has captured the imagination of a new youth culture taking shape in the UK. Their EP, ‘A Beautiful Thing’ , released in November 2024, won them fans at BBC Introducing including Jess Iszatt and Dan Pascoe (with whom they recently recorded a live acoustic session), as well as support from Radio X’s John Kennedy. They’re already making headway in the wider UK scene, and are on the brink of making waves as they prepare to enter the studio to record their debut album.
