Family Foundations Half-Term Trip to Manor Park Farm

We're excited to invite our Family Foundations families to join us for a special day at Manor Park Farm this October half term!

  • Wednesday 22 October | 10am - 4pm-

This will be a relaxed and supported day designed especially for children who have experienced care and their families.
