The oldest, purpose built masonic hall in Northumberland, created in 1870. Despite the area being bombed during World War 2 this 4 story building was one of the few to survive. Motion sensors go off on their own here, doors open and close, chandeliers swing and objects are thrown to the floor. Figures walk through rooms and stand beside people. Thudding noises are heard along with humming, moaning and voices that seem to come from a secret stairway.

Bring it along and don't forget your torch! Wrap up warm as old buildings can get cold but please refrain from wearing clothing that can cause distracting sounds. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided but feel free to bring along your own as well. We approach our investigations sceptically and logically, however, we are fully open to other beliefs and those who wish to, will be invited to join in prayers of protection before and after the event.
