Gong Bath Special Evening

Gong Bath Special Evening

Landguard Fort, Suffolk.
Gong Bath Special Evening

First ever GONG-BATH event at Landguard Fort!

Relax in this historic, mysterious and protective space, and allow echoes through time and brave shadows from the past to envelop you.

A Gong-Bath is an immersive, passive meditation where you lie down and "bathe" in the soothing sound waves and vibrations of gongs. Despite the name, there is no water involved, and you remain fully clothed. Allow yourself to become part of those whispers through time.

Tickets are limited.  Please purchase them through Landguard Fort.  £15 per person.

100% raised goes back to the Fort.

Wear loose, comfy layers. Bring a pillow, cushions, a sleeping back and mat to lay on.

Stop afterwards for a cup of tea in Landguard's historic cafe and share your experiences with us.
