Ministry of Sound Classical brings dance music history to life at Hitchin Priory on Bank Holiday Sunday 30th August, for a huge open-air summer spectacular that reimagines iconic club anthems like never before. This all-day event promises an unforgettable fusion of dance, orchestral performance and festival atmosphere.

This is not a DJ set. Ministry of Sound Classical takes the very biggest tracks from dance music history and re-orchestrates them in a breathtaking live performance by a 30-piece orchestra, alongside stunning vocalists, world-class DJs and an immersive sound and light show.

Support comes from an all star lineup of dance music legends, including Paul Oakenfold, Danny Rampling, Sonique, Seb Fontaine, plus many more special guests to be announced, delivering a full-spectrum celebration of club culture from the 90s to now.

Born from the legendary London club that helped define global dance music, Ministry of Sound Classical has sold out iconic venues including the Royal Albert Hall and headlined major festivals across the UK, earning a reputation as one of the most innovative and exciting live music experiences anywhere. Expect orchestral reworks of timeless anthems including Sandstorm, Sunchyme, Insomnia, Right Here, Right Now and more - all delivered with festival-scale production and emotion.

Set against the historic backdrop of Hitchin Priory, this Bank Holiday Sunday show promises an extraordinary open-air celebration of dance music’s past, present and future
