How To Eat Herbs: Flowers
Chelsea Physic Garden, London.
Set on the weekend of the Summer Solstice, How to Eat Herbs: Flowers is a seasonal feast and workshop exploring the edible flowers and herbs that come into their own at the height of summer.
Beginning with a guided, hands-on session, participants will be introduced to what is growing, flowering and at its most potent at this moment in the year. You’ll learn how flowers have traditionally been used in food, drink and simple preparations, and how to recognise, harvest and prepare them safely and thoughtfully.
