Two sounds meet in peace! We welcome our old Yorkshire ally SUGAR SOUND HIFI to bring their rig to York for the first time. You may well recognise the main man Lukas as a guest MC and selector from other visiting sounds and artists. Or even from festivals all over the north and as far afield as Outlook Festival in Croatia. 

He brings with him over two decades of deep-rooted dedication to sound system culture. He is a passionate promoter of events, a skilled selector, and a hands-on craftsman; stringing up his own custom, fully analogue sound system. He delivers sessions guided by a respect for the foundations, and built on warmth, weight, and authenticity. His sets move effortlessly through all spectrums of roots, reggae and dub music, always focusing on the sweeter side!

Two sounds in rotation and unity all night long. 

Room 2 hosted by Northern Disco Affair: the York-based collective known for their signature deep jazzy house sound. The collective - Pete Le Freq (Alpaca Edits), Rich Biscuit (Double Dip Records), and promoter Debra Asher (Bouji York) - have spent the past 18 month building a genuine community around the joy of dancing in York, with gigs all over the city, sell-out NYE events, daytime sessions at The Knavesmire, a monthly residency at 2 Many Wines, and an upcoming London takeover at the iconic BBE Record Store in May.
