Jacob Egglestone is guitarist and composer based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England. His music is rooted in the rugged beauty of Northern England and the Lake District, where he grew up.
With influences ranging from John Scofield to Julian Lage, Jacob Egglestone is currently releasing a series of singles leading toward a larger release at the end of the year, so expect a set consisting of mostly original tunes alongside some reimaginings of gospel, folk, and jazz standards.
Many will know Jacob from his work with popular regional bands SwanNek and Nauta.
