A New Bi-Monthly Residency at The Social
 
James Lavelle is back for Living In My Headphones III, his bi-monthly residency at The Social in Soho, London. The night takes its name from his acclaimed Soho Radio show, bringing its eclectic energy to the dancefloor.
 
"Soho has always held a special place in my heart," says Lavelle. "I've been wanting to start a night here for a while. Having DJed at Heavenly Social-the Turnmills night that gave birth to The Social-this venue felt like the perfect home. I've always enjoyed playing here in the past. It's an intimate space with a killer soundsystem, and there aren't many places like it in Soho anymore."
 
For Lavelle, this night is about more than just DJing-it's about crafting a journey. "I've been wanting to play an all-night set where I can truly build a dancefloor," he explains. "I'll be downstairs in the main club, starting with an eclectic set of old skool classics and deep cuts, everything from Funk, Soul, Hip Hop and Disco building through the night into a more contemporary club sound taking you on a euphoric, psychedelic and uplifting ride, much like we did back at "That's How It Is" and Fabric and many of my early residencies"
