Jimmy Gnecco is the iconic voice, presence and multi-instrumentalist behind the the US band OURS, with whom he has released several albums over the last years (Distorted Lullabies in 2001, Precious in 2002, Mercy  in 2008, Ballet The Boxer in 2013, New Age Heroine in 2024, Rocket’s Red Glare in 2025).

In 2010, he offered a solo album, in which he literally and figuratively laid naked, entitled The Heart.

Throughout his career, Jimmy Gnecco has also collaborated and lent his voice to numerous artistic projects, including his interpretation of Chris Cornell's song "Someone To Die For " for the Spiderman 2 soundtrack (with Queen's Brian May on guitar), or the two tracks ("Love Is Not Made Of Gold " and "What Will Be") he performed on Robert De Leo's (Stone Temple Pilots) first solo album.

A stunning showman, universally acclaimed for his intense stage performances, Jimmy Gnecco has toured extensively, both on his own and with his band OURS, and has opened for many artists, from The Cult to A-Ha, not forgetting Lana Del Rey (before touring with him, and even before meeting Jimmy, she had written and performed a song in his honor, entitled... "Jimmy Gnecco").

In early 2024, Jimmy Gnecco joined British artist Rob Marshall's (ex Mark Lanegan bandHUMANIST for a series of European dates, supporting Depeche Mode, then Jane's Addiction.

Jimmy sang with HUMANIST again in October 2024 on a headlining tour of the UK.
