Joni Mitchell's unique song catalogue has intrigued and captivated artists and audiences alike and bandleader Stefan Redtenbacher caught the bug after 'jamming' a Joni tune during lockdown which, bit by bit, led to a deep dive into Mitchell's iconic work. With his a multi-million streaming band, Redtenbachers Funkestra - an exceptional lineup of international musicians with impressive credits, including collaborations with music legends like Bowie, Elton, and Herbie Hancock - Redtenbacher started to re-arrange and re-imagine her compositions, very much mirroring the creative sensibilities of Joni herself'.
