Knee Gnaw blends distorted violin drones, fragmented melodies and found sounds. Recorded at home in Hackney, his new debut album, Downtuning, responds to a noisy urban environment, where passing bus engines and subwoofers shake the windows in their frames. A regular at the Social as violinist for pet deaths, he is returning with an immersive and expansive solo show, with live visuals from Evan Lawday and Karl Dando.

Evan Lawday is a mixed media animator from Lincolnshire. He has created music videos for bands (Fat Dog, pet deaths), and has recently started pre-production on his first short film (IG: @evanlawday). Karl Dando makes stuff up (IG: @karldando)
