General Access Information

Olby's is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

  • Please note that there is no step-free access to the venue.
  • A stair lift is available to assist guests accessing the space.
  • Unfortunately, toilet facilities are not accessible.
  • Our team will be present to offer assistance on arrival and throughout the event where possible.

If you have specific access requirements or would like to discuss your visit in advance, please contact us ahead of the event so we can advise and help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

We recommend arriving early to allow time for entry and any assistance you may need.

 

Access Card Holders can apply for Disabled Access Scheme using their card as evidence.By the following application process

  1. Purchase the required ticket for the access card holder.
  2. Complete the required questions at point of purchase and submit for approval.
  3. Send copy of your proof to hello@olbyscreativehub.co.uk
  4. Receive confirmation the application is successful which will release your tickets

PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY INCLUDE

  • DLA/PIP letter or equivalent
  • Medical professional's letter
  • Blue Badge -Not sufficient if applying for a PA/Carer ticket but adequate for parking only requests
  • D/deaf or blind registration
  • The CredAbility Access Card
