Manchester Blues Festival returns for 2026 with a full day of outstanding live music celebrating the rich heritage and evolving future of the blues.

Established in 2024, the festival brings together acclaimed international artists and some of the North West's finest musicians for an all-day programme of live performances in the welcoming surroundings of The Carlton Club.

This year's line-up features Gary Cain (Canada/USA), Will Tang Clan, Paul Farr Blues Project, Jon Coley, Franny Eubank, Southpaw Slim, Amanda Jane Heywood, Canter Semper, plus more artists to be announced.

From traditional acoustic blues to contemporary blues, rock, jazz and roots-inspired performances, Manchester Blues Festival showcases the diversity and enduring influence of one of music's most important genres.

Alongside live performances, the festival will feature a late-night blues jam, dancing and opportunities to discover new artists, making it a celebration of music, community and creativity.

Whether you're a lifelong blues fan or simply love great live music, Manchester Blues Festival offers an unforgettable day of performances in one of Manchester's most loved independent venues.
