Plastic Estate

Plastic Estate are a Cardiff-based duo formed in late 2018 by Nicholas James and Stanley Fouracres, channelling a sleek, atmospheric blend of synth-pop, coldwave, and darkwave with nods to the grandeur of '80s new wave. Their self-titled debut album landed in February 2022 on the highly regarded Italian label AVANT! Records, earning praise for its balance of shadowy melancholia and brighter, hook-driven pop sensibilities. Their second album, Code d'Amour, followed in October 2024, cementing their reputation for polished, richly textured songwriting.
