Our 'Quiet & Calm' Sessions are a comfortable and inclusive way to experience the magic of Santa's Winter Garden with reduced capacity, and quieter and calmer interactions than regular sessions.

Designed with neurodiverse guests in mind, including those with autism and sensory sensitivities these sessions offer a calm and stress-free setting for guests, their families, friends, and carers to enjoy together.

Entry to Santa's Winter Garden, activities at North Pole HQ and a special gift from Santa. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
INFANT - UNDER 12 MONTHS £0.00 (£0.00)
Infants (under 12 months) are admitted free of charge but must still be included on the booking for safety and capacity planning, but do not have a gift from Santa included in the booking. If you would like to include your baby in the magic of a Santa visit, then a full child ticket should be purchased.

If you already have an Access Card or Santa's Winter Garden Digital Access Pass, simply select your Essential Companion/Carer ticket and enter your Nimbus ID at the checkout. Each booking can include up to 4 adults and 4 children (ages 12 months to 16 years). Infants under 12 months are admitted free of charge but do not receive a gift from Santa and must still be included in the booking. If you wish to add more children, then please visit our Support Centre once you have placed your order where you can add more children subject to availability.

Santa’s Winter Garden is designed primarily for family bookings, but we are pleased to welcome organised groups where capacity allows. Because the experience ends with a private visit with Santa, group bookings require careful scheduling to maintain the calm, magical atmosphere of the event.
