Queer Herbal Medicine

Herbs and queer people have supported each other throughout history, and this legacy carries on today.

Join us in a herbal walk where we will discover the medicinal properties of herbs through a queer lens. This will involve looking at the role of herbs in queer history and traditional uses and myths on the use of herbs to bend sexuality and gender. The uses of herbs to support queer health today will also be discussed.

We will then taste some herbs and see how they can inspire us to create our own stories, by exploring the energetics of the herbs.
