Saturday 14th June 2025 The audience for this show will be seated A highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes, Peter Brush unassumingly takes the stage with his slight bespectacled frame and scruffy hair, before consummately conquering it with an arsenal of razor sharp quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines, all delivered in an amusingly awkward fashion. Peter performs at all the major clubs across the UK, as well as having done many of it’s biggest festivals, he has also played shows in Switzerland, Norway and Hungary. Formerly a BBC New Comedy Award finalist, he has written for several BBC Radio 4 shows and was the support act for Alexei Sayle’s most recent tour. Other acts he has supported on tour include Jonathan Pie, Jason Manford, Fern Brady, Arthur Smith and Paul Sinha. Aaron Wood, a comedian from Greater Manchester, has quickly made his mark with a sold-out run at Edinburgh Fringe 2023 and tour support for acts like Tom Stade, Carl Hutchinson, and Eshaan Akbar. Runner-up in the Chester New Comedian of the Year competition, he’s praised for his natural stage presence and relatable material. As host of the Spread Negativity podcast, with over 100 million views, Aaron’s laid-back charm marks him as a rising talent with a bright future. ‘Absolutely brilliant’ - Tim Vine ‘A very big future in this business’ - Tom Stade Pete Otway is a multi-award nominated comedian, presenter and former dairy farmer. His razor-sharp wit and hilarious tales have taken him across the world, whilst making him in demand at some of the biggest comedy clubs and festivals in the UK. MC Adam Beardsmore is a West Midlands comic gigging up and down the UK. He has performed on Radio 4 Extra as part of the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2018 & 2019 as well as being nominated for Birmingham Breaking Talent Awards. Originally hailing from Staffordshire, he made his stand-up debut in 2017 after a friend signed him up for an open mic night, and has since taken part in the BBC New Comedy Award 2018. Among his inspirations are Ross Noble, Bill Burr, “as well as endless Billy Connolly videos that I watched from far too young an age.” *Please note, the line-up is subject to change.
