SONICBOND PROMOTIONS presents RPWL with special guests ALSO EDEN Sunday 2nd November 2025 RPWL “WORLD THROUGH MY EYES – 20th ANNIVERSARY” It’s 20 years since the artrock band RPWL from Freising in Bavaria released their most successful and - if many critics are to be believed - their best album to date: ‘World Through My Eyes’ in 2005. Many of the songs on this album have become classics for the band, especially ‘Roses’, which former Genesis vocalist RAY WILSON performed magnificently as a guest singer in the studio version. The now seven-piece band tours almost constantly and has gained a huge and loyal following worldwide. Their last studio album ‘Crime Scene’ reached number 18 in the German album charts. The upcoming tour will, of course, focus on ‘World Through My Eyes’, but other highlights from the band's diverse and exciting discography will not be missing. Their show at Downstairs At The Dome follows on from their sold out performance in 2023. RPWL Line-up: Yogi Lang – vocals & keyboards Kalle Wallner – guitars Marc Turiaux – drums Markus Grützner – bass Butsch - keyboards Caroline von Brünken – backing vocals Carmen Tannich – backing vocals Videos: “Roses” Rockpalast (live) feat. Following the return of founding members Huw Lloyd-Jones and Ian Hodson, the band are currently focusing on playing songs from their much-loved first two recordings, 2006’s ‘About time’ and 2009’s, ‘It’s kind of you to ask’ Both are must-haves for fans of Genesis, Yes, Marillion and Porcupine Tree. These two albums – perhaps their most neo-prog in style – formed the backbone of their memorable live sets at the Summer’s End, Progfarm and Night of the Prog (Loreley) festivals. Also Eden have performed extensively across the UK and Europe and have developed an enviable reputation as a terrific live band. They are currently recording new material for release in the autumn of 2025. The 2024 lineup comprises: Ian Hodson – keyboards Guy Monk – drums Simon Rogers – guitars Huw Lloyd-Jones – lead vocals Graham Lane – bass Web https://www.facebook.com/alsoeden Videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Y004xRyhkM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUuBBXEScKM
