Under 16s are free, but you must order a free ticket for them. Up to six Under-16 tickets are allowed per Over-16 ticket purchased. (Under 5s do not require a ticket).

Disability Tickets: we recognise that not all disabilities are visible and we take a relaxed view, trusting our lovely attendees in respect of this. In that case and if you feel you might be queried when joining the disability queue, then bring a copy of your PIP, (paper or on phone), or photo of blue badge etc.

Please note that filming/photography is taking place at SALUTE for promotional and archival purposes.

If coming via public transport, we recommend using the DLR/Elizabeth Line and alighting at Customs House.

IMPORTANT - if you are coming by car, parking at the EXCEL must now be pre booked 48 hours in advance.
