Each booking can include up to 4 adults and 4 children (ages 12 months to 16 years). Infants under 12 months are admitted free of charge but do not receive a gift from Santa and must still be included in the booking. If you wish to add more children, then please visit our Support Centre once you have placed your order where you can add more children subject to availability.

Santa’s Winter Garden is designed primarily for family bookings, but we are pleased to welcome organised groups where capacity allows. Because the experience ends with a private visit with Santa, group bookings require careful scheduling to maintain the calm, magical atmosphere of the event.
