Sir Bryn Terfel at Gwyl Portmeirion Festival

Sir Bryn Terfel comes to Gwyl Portmeirion Festival for a special open-air concert during Portmeirion's 100th anniversary year. 

Set on the Castell Deudraeth Fields, the evening brings together one of Wales' most celebrated voices, outstanding Welsh musical talent, food and drink, and a spectacular summer setting in one of Wales' most distinctive destinations. 

One ticket gives you two experiences: a live concert on the festival grounds and access to explore the iconic Portmeirion Village before the music begins. 

Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel has forged an extraordinary international career, performing on the world's most prestigious concert stages and in leading opera houses. Known for his powerful voice, commanding stage presence and remarkable versatility, he has performed major roles including Scarpia in Tosca, Wotan in The Ring Cycle, the title role in Gianni Schicchi, Sweeney Todd and Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof. 

The evening also features Côr y Brythoniaid, one of Wales' renowned male voice choirs, alongside Pedair, a collaboration between four of Wales' most prominent and award-winning folk artists: Gwenan Gibbard, Gwyneth Glyn, Meinir Gwilym and Sian James. 

Band Pres Llareggub will also perform, adding their bold brass sound to an exceptional evening of Welsh music and live performance. 

The concert will take place on an open-air site with a weatherproof stage. Food and drink will be available at the venue throughout the evening.
