Landguard Fort, Suffolk.First ever SOUND JOURNEY EXPERIENCE event at Landguard Fort!
Step into the atmospheric surroundings of Landguard Fort and leave the outside world at the door for a little while. Delivered by the talented Michelle from Edge of Sacred, as she takes you through a gentle sound journey that offers a quiet space to rest, accompanied by softly spoken guidance, moments of silence and the soothing sounds of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gong and voice. Bring a blanket, make yourself comfortable, and simply be.
Tickets are limited. Please purchase them through Landguard Fort. £20 per person.
50% of proceeds will go to supporting the work of Landguard Fort.

What to Bring
Adult only event. Attendees are expected to sit or lay down on the mats which are provided. It is recommended to bring a blanket (or a sleeping bag!), dress warmly and bring a pillow.
Arrival Information
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the session. Please arrive by 7pm. Please note there are stairs at this venue.
Stop afterwards for a cup of tea or a cool drink in Landguard's historic cafe and share your experiences with us.

- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the site this event is not suitable for those with impaired ability.
- Although we have done everything to ensure your safety whilst attending this event, historic properties (the fort being Grade I listed) can be hazardous so please take care.
- Some special effects may be used including smoke machines and lighting.
- Areas of the fort involve walking on uneven surfaces (with some trip hazards).
- Please dress appropriately for the weather, warm clothing and sensible footwear should be worn.
- There are no refunds for persons wishing to leave the event early.
Information on tickets
Once you choose your ticket, you'll receive your booking confirmation by email. Just bring this with you on the evening of your visit, either on your mobile device or as a printout. The email will contain a barcode that our team will scan when you arrive.
Your booking is for the site/event only and does not include a car parking space. The fort provides 3 accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders directly by the fort entrance. Public pay-and-display parking, not managed by Landguard Fort, can be found opposite the fort (across the road, approximately 50 metres away).
