After 3 and a half decades York band The Changeling have re-emerged. Comprising of 3 original and 2 new members, they have recorded a new album entitled "Rust". Featuring old songs from their 80's peak, unreleased demo's turned into finished tracks and some brand new songs.

They will be performing in their home town at the Crescent on Friday May 22nd. 

When Changeling split in 1989 it always felt unfinished so this album and gig will give to realise what we didn't achieve back then.

Current members that feature on the album are John Hindle, vocals, and Phil Marston guitar and Lloyd Massingham, guitar and vocals, from the old 80's band and new blood Alex Halliday on drums and vocals from 80's York band To The Fountain and Ben Darwin on bass, a new face in the Changeling world.

A vinyl LP recorded with Mickey Dale (Embrace) as co-producer will be available in very limited numbers (100 pressings) to purchase at the gig or beforehand from band members from early May.
