Join us for The Longest Night, an evening of folk music and song to mark the winter solstice. We will be hear music from:
- Satnam Galsian: is a British Asian singer-songwriter and progressive folk artist from Leeds, whose music blends the rich tradition of Punjabi folk with contemporary, feminist storytelling. Through her distinctive sound, Satnam reimagines the vibrant narratives of her heritage, responding to traditional Punjabi songs through a modern and empowering lens.
- Ada Wood and Georgie Rix: A mould breaking take on globally inspired traditional music that will have you sniffing one moment, and up and dancing the next.
- Behla Hutchinson: Songs with inspiration from a childhood spent living in the middle of no-where, climbing tall trees and swimming in cold water
Doors at 6pm, music from 6:30-8:30pm. Families welcome.
