Access to the VIP Guest Area throughout the day and evening, with VIP Bar (cards only), VIP toilets, relaxed unreserved seating & street entertainment.

An unreserved wheelchair accessible position on the Accessible Viewing Platform with an Essential companion / PA ticket and use of all accessible facilities. Please note that by selecting an accessible ticket you are confirming that you, or a member of your party, are genuinely in need of this position. You will be required to provide proof of your accessibility needs at the checkout. All accessible tickets come with ONE complimentary Essential companion / PA - please do not buy multiple accessible tickets unless there are multiple people in your party who require this ticket. A party of two (one access customer one Essential companion / PA) should buy one accessible ticket. Your Essential companion / PA ticket will automatically be added to your order. Please note that in order to maximise space for customers who require use of accessible platforms customers with accessible platform tickets cannot take additional members of their party (other than their Essential companion / PA) on to the platform (NB. Essential companion / PA's will be issued with a lanyard which can be switched between members of your party where appropriate for your needs at your discretion).

A standing / seating position within the Access Zone with an Essential companion / PA ticket and use of all accessible facilities. The Access Zone is a standing area on grass (please note that it may be uneven in areas) for access customers who wish to stand for the event, but need a less crowded area and/or the option of sitting for short periods of time. A few plastic 'garden furniture' style seats will be provided for rest periods, but please note that these plastic chairs may not be suitable for all customers. Access Customers are welcome to bring their own camping chairs for this area. Please be aware that there will not be an unrestricted sightline of the stage when seated in this area, as there may be customers in front of the Access Zone who are likely to be standing up. Access Car Parking must be booked in advance with proof of disability. It will not be possible to enter the Access Car Park on the night of the concert, unless you have pre-booked your ticket.
