Touring Gigs UK: Alexander McKay + Special Guests

We are thrilled to introduce Touring Gigs UK with our first tour, coming to Boileroom Guildford on 7th May.Touring Gigs UK is our bright idea to create a UK hot map of community led music showcases, gigs and events that bring great touring artists to all parts of the UK, performing to new and engaged audiences. Guildford based artists Alexander Mckay and Emma Stevens will be joining H is for Hawk and Foxpalmer for a very special night that celebrates The Boileroom, and their rich and varied contribution to the grassroots local music scene.
Alexander McKay is an country americana rock singer songwriter from Guildford, who has toured globally with international acts and played classic country venues such as the legendary “Bluebird Cafe” in Nashville, plus countless venues and festivals in the UK.Emma Nadine is a Guildford singer-songwriter who has achieved mainstream success since her successful debut single "Riptide" in 2013. With many BBC TV performances to her credit, and continued support from BBC Radio 2, Emma consistently tours the UK to growing audiences.H is for Hawk is the brand new collaborative project conceived and fronted by raw and captivating UK singer-songwriter Si Connelly. Foxpalmer has s unique "lush indie americana" sound and captivating live shows that have led to consistent airplay as well as performing at Godiva and Celtic Connections festivals, plus supports with Black Heart Orchestra, Dodgy and Mark Morriss.
