VLMV return to Manchester for the first time since 2023!

Self proclaimed ambient(ish) post something singer songwriter, composer and producer Pete Lambrou is celebrating 10 years performing as VLMV (pronounced ALMA), a vehicle that has spanned 3 albums, EPs and many standout performances, including closing out last year's Celestial Diadem Weekender, StrangeForms 2025, ArcTangent, Dunk!, Portals and Post in Paris.

VLMV crafts beautiful, arresting music and this promises to be a special performance not to be missed.

Speaking of bands celebrating 10 year anniversaries, Civil Service continue their celebrations of a decade in power with another unique set. Expect the unexpected from Manchester's premier experimental post-rock band, as the band look to take in songs from 2025s Dark///, 2024s ///Light, along with early EPs, singles and perhaps even unreleased material.

2026 is already shaping up to be the biggest year yet for the band and this hometown show might be the last time to catch them on home soil for a little while.

Completing a fabulous bill are Welsh post-rock trio Aaronson.

From their debut EP release, You Are Not A Stranger Here (2020), through to 2023s first album, The Great Swells That Carry Us Will Pull Us Under, Aaronson have displayed a level of craft and beauty belying these records being initial forays into the genre.

Following a successful run with False Hope for The Savage, their return to the Northwest is hotly anticipated for those who agree with EDM Rekords that Aaronson's music "pulls the listener into a swelling dreamscape from which you may never wish to surface".
