Welcome to the SWAMP

Come with us for an evening of Goblin Rock, Post-Jazz, and general nonsense featuring SWAMP: a drums, bass, and sax trio from Leeds who plan to knock your proverbial socks off your proverbial feet with a jazz, prog, and goblin-inspired sonic marshland.

Joining them on this journey will be Ghidorah Trio and R-Unit, two of West Yorkshire’s hippest jazz outfits who ain’t afraid to gobble-it-up.

This very special gig will be recorded and every ticket purchased can be exchanged for a CD of SWAMP’s set!

SWAMP formed as the collective side-project of their Harry Stone, Asher Freeman, and Tom Stafford — bassist, saxist, and drummist, respectively. The self-proclaimed pioneers of Goblin Rock aim to merge their vast seas of influences into one pint-sized gulp of musical madness.

“They bridge the gap between music that makes you want to dance, and music that literally sets your ears on fire.”

This will mark their fifth gig, and only their second in Leeds. You’d have to be a fool to miss out on this.
