Get your sunglasses at the ready to come and join us on 3rd June 2025 at 6pm for our summer garden party, taking place at one of London’s most unique venues, the HAC (Honourable Artillery Company).
In attending with the Women in Exhibitions UK Chapter you will network with people from across the UK events and exhibitions industry, build relationships with organisers and suppliers, and hear about how individuals and companies are advocating gender diversity, in both theory and practise.
You will also have access to the capital’s leading automotive event as it returns for 2025, a celebration of luxury, style, and motoring at the very highest levels, the London Concours 2024. For full details of the London Concours 2025 please click here.

Entry is available from 4pm onwards, where you can wander around the world-class line-up of cars. On submission of your registration WIE UK Summer Party will pay for your ticket guaranteeing your entry and food/beverage.
*You can collect a complimentary drink at the Jim and Tonic stand with your ticket whilst you wander the venue.*
Please join is at the Women in Exhibitions area from 6pm for networking, food and beverages.

Open to all WiE UK members.
Maximum 5 attendees per member company. Limited tickets available.
Please ensure that you attend, or notify us in advance if you are no longer able to attend. Spaces are limited and another member could take your place. If you do not attend or fail to notify your company membership point of contact will be notified and billed for your ticket.
QR codes are one time scan and entry only, no re-entry allowed.
