“There were no plans to play the UK this year. We played half a dozen times in 2024 and wrapped the year up with ‘Album of the Year’ in Vive Le Rock magazine and we’re happy with that. But the Sparrer faithful clearly weren’t happy with us hitting the rest of the world and not having a home gig. So we have a few beers and ask ourselves, ‘where’s the best place for a pre-Christmas jolly up’? York of course. Stunning City at the best of times, but at Christmas it’s magical and the perfect setting for our only UK headline show of 2025”
