Green Island Festival kicks off its 5th anniversary series with an unmissable day of drum & bass, jazz, and global sounds. Held in the beautiful Hulme Community Garden Centre, this 1,500-capacity festival brings together live bands, DJs, workshops, and family-friendly activities for an unforgettable summer gathering.

Line-up Highlights

DRS Live – Manchester’s legendary MC DRS headlines with a full 11-piece band, blending old-school gems with fresh releases.
Zawose Queens – A powerful, mesmerising performance of Tanzanian polyrhythms and polyphonic singing.
Eves Drop Collective – A crew of female & non-binary artists, delivering a soulful, high-energy stage takeover.
Trees.R.Good – A jazz-infused exploration of nature through percussion, horns, bass, and synths.
