As a promoter, we provide a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend their events without bringing a companion. This means you only need to buy one ticket, then once your accessibility request is approved, your companion ticket is issued free of charge.
Essential companion tickets will be issued to people who have bought a valid ticket and have the plus one symbol on their Access Card.
To apply for access facilities and essential companion tickets at Heaton Park, then please follow these steps:
1. Buy a ticket for Neil Young at Heaton Park
2. Hold a valid Nimbus Access Card.
3. Complete the Access Request Form through the festival website
4. Receive confirmation via email.
