Words with Lucy Spraggan is back! After its sold-out debut in Manchester’s Hope Mill Theatre, Lucy, who turned her journaling into her Sunday Times Bestselling memoir, Process, is taking the interactive journalling event on the road for the first time ever. Lucy says “I started journaling a year after I got sober, in 2020, when I was grappling with a very heavy and very new sense of self - that’s when things really changed for me. I didn’t know where to begin at first which is why I created ‘Words’. I truly believe that writing is one of the most important forms of expression and by unlocking the ability to recognise our feelings, explore and then embrace them, we can truly heal and transform, but not everyone knows where to begin. Journaling changed my life and that’s what has made me such an advocate for the power of writing.
