Combine your tropical Birdland experience with a magical visit to see Santa & our famous fairy walk. Take it in your own stride to walk around the bird garden meeting & feeding all the parrots along the way.

These events run from 10am until 3pm on chosen days throughout December

What's on? Santas grotto, fairy walk, entry to Birdland, parrot handling, cafe and play area

General Admittance

Make sure you provide proof of purchase at the entrance 

Please ensure you arrive 5-10minutes prior to the time on your ticket as late arrivals could be refusal of entry.

Santa's grotto 

The time on the ticket is your time to see Santa so please check this and arrive with plenty of time to enjoy the birds as the event will close promptly at 3pm.

Although Visitors are booking a time slot to see Santa, we cannot guarantee that you will go straight in to see Santa at your exact time slot. Due to various factors and possible delays which are out of our control there may be extended waiting times outside the grotto especially on busier days.
