General Access Info

The Regal Theatre forms part of the Regal complex which is a traditional cinema and theatre on many levels. Wheelchair Access - The Regal Theatre has purpose built wheelchair bays in the Theatre?s Stalls with adjoining seats for their accompanying carers. The Stalls are reached via the main entrance and then via a lift taking you down a few stairs to the Stalls? corridor. The Regal Bar and Restaurant is also accessible for wheelchair users, although no direct access from the Restaurant to the Theatre?s Stalls (you have to go out of the Restaurant and in the main Theatre entrance). Wheelchair spaces cannot be purchased On-Line as we want to ensure that all your needs are met in person. You can by telephoning the Regal on 01209 216278 after 11.30hrs daily, or if you prefer you can email action@merlincinemas.co.uk, with your telephone number and details of the booking you require and a member of the head office team will come back to you on the next available weekday to finalise the booking and take payment (NB. Please note this email service is only available for Theatre bookings and must be made NO later than 5 days before the show). Disabled Toilets - Disabled toilet facilities are available in the Restaurant and Stalls? corridor. Infrared Hearing System/Induction Loop -Infrared hearing system/Induction Loop is not currently available in the Theatre Signed Performances - We currently do not provide signed performances.
